Hi Everyone,
I switched stalls this evening and put Tara in stall #1 and Pollyanne in stall #2. You will probably notice that Tara has a foaling monitor on. I feel like she is tricking us the same way she did last year but I can't take a chance. Her bag is large and she is testing five squares on her milk strips. Her PH is at 6.6. If you were watching with us last year you will remember that she kept us all on pins and needles before she had Morrigan. She may just be a mare that is going to produce colostrum early. In any case, I have the foaling monitor on her and we will have the laptop by our bed.
Pollyanne is not showing any changes yet.
Please let us know if you see something that we should be aware of and we are not in the barn.
Thanks for being with us as we wait and watch.
Have a good night.

Hi Beth, Thank you for the update. I will be watching for sure. Good idea to have your laptop by your bed. Just in case eh? At least it sounds like Pollyanne and Tara will space their foaling a bit. Good to get your rest now when you can. Have a great evening
